Clients are responsible for providing timely inputs, approvals, and required access such as website or advertising accounts. Delays caused due to incomplete information from the client side will not be the responsibility of SEOMines Technologies.

All services are billed according to mutually agreed pricing, and payments must be made on time. Once a payment is completed, it is generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated or agreed upon in writing. SEOMines Technologies reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment or violation of terms. All intellectual property created by SEOMines Technologies remains our property until full payment is received, after which ownership of agreed deliverables will be transferred to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

While we follow industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or sales results, as digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors including search engine algorithms and market conditions. We may use third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and hosting providers, and are not responsible for their performance, downtime, or policy changes. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information, login credentials, and strategies shared during the engagement.

SEOMines Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect losses, revenue loss, or damages arising from the use of our services or third-party tools, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We reserve the right to terminate services in case of misuse, violation of terms, unethical practices, or non-payment. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised Terms.
